Since the creation of the company, our network under the direction of our specialized team, has enabled us to develop in the Montreal region more than 1560 apartments, condos, houses and commercial spaces. We know that a living space is much more than four walls, it is creating communities where life takes place.
The Founder
To escape the war, Aldo Romolus Coviello left Italy in 1947 and arrived in Halifax penniless. Not speaking English nor French, he was taken on as an underpaid worker for a farm in Ottawa. Ambitious and resourceful, he managed to escape and took a bus to Berri-de-Montigny. Once arrived in Montreal, Antonio Gentile (Gentile café) got him his first job as a mason. He seized this opportunity to reach his desired level of prosperity to support his family and loved ones. In 1956, he officially opened Aldo Construction located at 897 Jean-Talon west and contributed to local economic growth by enriching the architectural landscape of Montreal with his constructions.

I have lived here for 3 years now and have no real complaints. The Conrad condominium is very clean, quiet and the location is great! Whenever I have any issue I get a super-fast response from the property management team. Always respectful and helpful. The condominium is conveniently located 20 minutes from the Downtown core, is walkable to Angrignon park and the metro.

We moved to the Conrad in the Fall of 2020 largely based on its location, namely the metro and Angrignon Park. It turns out that there is more to the Conrad than its location. The building is clean and generally has a nice vibe. Questions are answered promptly by the friendly administration and our unit is quiet.The Conrad has been a very nice place to live !
